Two Options: Take Effective Action or Completely Let [ It ] Go
Holistic leadership means that when we work together, we're going to get real, which means deal with the most pressing issue. If you locked your keys in the car, for example, before you jump on a call with me, and you're upset, not dealing with that will sideline our call. So, we'll use it, and it'll be useful because how you deal with non-urgent situations is likely how you deal with urgent situations. If you blame your partner for locking the car without being curious, you likely blame your team member for a project gone sideways.

No thought or emotion is separate from the body. Pay attention, add in effective action, and humans can heal each other for the greater good.

Pondering Worth and Dignity
I googled Martin Luther King speeches and found one. It’s called “What is your life’s blueprint?” And one of his themes is cultivating a deep belief in your dignity and self-worth.
