Designing Your Calm Blueprint: A Fresh Start This Autumn
As the air turns cooler and the leaves begin to turn color, autumn is announcing itself like a breath of fresh air.
This change is not black and white, rigidly stuck as a date on the calendar.
Autumn unfolds well before the solar calendar date.
In attuning your senses, you might that feel the air is different, notice the sunlight more piercing and golden.
And perhaps your body feels different.
This season brings a palpable shift in energy—and while we have a choice at any moment to reset, refocus, and reimagine what’s possible, but the conversations I’m in now, more people seem to be reflecting on the year thus far.
Early autumn has the flavor of days leading up to our January New Year.
It is the perfect time to reflect on the choices you've made, the stress you’ve been carrying, and if you haven't yet, how you can aim it at something that matters to you.
If you’re leading an organization, this is particularly important.
And, it starts with a few questions:
What do you value?
What is important to you?
And for the sake of whom (a child, co-worker, partner) would it also make a difference if you were feeling easier in your body and in your days?
If you’re wanting clarity on what matters to you, how to keep on track and how to move through or with stress, observing your reactivity or tension of living daily life or navigating transitions—whether it’s something monumental like a breakup, job loss, plus the daily pressures of work and home — I have an introductory workshop that is designed to help you through a particular issue du jour with a sense of agency and ease.
Welcome to my two-hour workshop: Designing Your Calm Blueprint!
Why This Workshop?
This isn’t just another leadership or wellness seminar.
It’s an opportunity for you to engage in practical conversations and exercises that directly address burnout, resilience, and how to foster a culture of calm and intentionality—not just at work, but in every area of your life.
You’ll be introduced to practices that are designed to help you become aware of your particular stress symptoms, see your emotions as wise pointers, and make decisions with more clarity.
These aren’t abstract concepts—they’re actionable tools you can immediately apply without adding more to your plate.
In fact, all the work you’ll do in this workshop will align with your current commitments.
The result?
More energy and feeling better in your body but best of all, a noticeable shift in how you engage with the world around you.
The Power of Sensory Awareness
One of the core practices in this workshop is learning to trust your body’s symptoms as wisdom.
You’ll start to recognize tension and upset not as burdens, but as valuable information—guiding you back to calm and ease.
You’ll begin to see your symptoms as wise teachers, pointing you toward what truly matters.
This process isn’t about adding extra tasks to your already full life.
It’s about integrating these practices into your daily routine, so that observation and repetition naturally lead to new habits and a deeper sense of calm.
A New Way of Leading
In this workshop, I’ll ask a lot of questions—questions that help you reflect on how you’re currently moving through the world.
For instance, what’s your mood right now?
Did you design it intentionally, or is it a result of everything else going on?
And what would happen if you noticed 200 of your breaths each day?
How might that shift not only your body but also the way you interact with those around you?
Now, I’m not here to teach you something you don’t already know.
You’ve navigated life well up to this point with an incredible amount of wisdom.
My role is to help you hone that wisdom—to tune into your intuition and let it guide you toward greater clarity, calm, and ease.
And this, in turn, will lead to stronger, more authentic relationships at work and at home.
Join Us for a Fresh Start
If this resonates with you, I invite you to join me in October 22 for Designing Your Calm Blueprint.
Together, we’ll explore how to make stress a guide rather than an obstacle, how to design calm in the midst of change, and how to lead yourself—and others—with intention.
This autumn, let’s work with the season of possibility and create a sensorial blueprint for a calmer, resilient life, moment by moment.
