WISDOM UNDER PRESSURE
The 12-Week program for women who are done leaving results, and their wellbeing, behind.
You already know what to do. So why does it still happen?
The moment the pressure rises —
the decision, a difficult conversation, the board meeting, the person who knows exactly how to get under your skin — something takes over.
And afterward, you're left replaying it.
That gap isn't a mindset problem. It isn't a willpower problem.
It lives in your body.
(In Chinese medicine, this is the space where Yin intelligence — your capacity to regulate, discern, and direct — has been overridden by force.)
Wisdom Under Pressure closes that gap. For good.
When the body sends signals, it’s not random. It’s a call back to alignment.
The Wisdom Within Method helps you uncover what those signals really mean— FOR YOU and walk a new path forward.
Whether you’re navigating burnout, life transition, or a reckoning with what leadership truly demands of you… this is your next chapter.
Join a space where your intuition gets to lead. Where ancient frameworks meet modern strategy. And where your evolution becomes not only possible—but inevitable.
You've Done Everything Right. So Why Does This Keep Happening?
You've read the books. Done the therapy. Hired the coach. Sat in the leadership workshops. And in the room where none of that pressure exists, you're clear, grounded, and completely capable.
Then the email lands wrong. The meeting shifts. Someone says the thing. And before your mind catches up, your body has already responded — jaw tight, chest high, words out.
(In Chinese medicine, this is Yang without regulation: activation without direction, force without ground.)
And then comes the aftermath. The replaying. The I can't believe I said that. The energy it costs you to recover. The quiet wondering whether this is just who you are under pressure.
It isn't. (Yes, it’s not just you. It’s deeply cultural-so let’s be effective and transformational where we can…that begins with you).
This lives in the body — not the mind.
Your body systems learned and created patterns long before you had language for it. In your shoulders, your throat, your chest, your gut.
(These are not metaphors — in Chinese medicine, every organ system carries physiological, mental, spiritual and an emotional intelligence. The body keeps the pattern until the body changes it.)
No amount of knowing changes a body pattern. That's not a personal failure. That's physiology.
And here's what nobody tells you about leadership:
Somewhere in our evolution, we confused force with power. Yang — the principle of movement, activation, and drive — got equated with leadership itself.
(But in Chinese medicine, Yang without Yin is just speed. It's Yin — the regulatory, sensing, timing intelligence — that actually directs life.)
This isn't about gender. Both principles live in every body, every nervous system, every boardroom.*
What's missing isn't more drive. What's missing is the understanding of other kinds of intelligence that help you know when to move, what to say, and when to be still.
Your body already has it. This program teaches you to access it — especially when the pressure is highest.
*Yin and Yang are physiological principles, not gender assignments. They exist in all bodies and in nature
Most of us were never taught how to listen to our bodies, or how to work with our own inner rhythms. This work is about remembering what your body already knows.
-Mary Morrison, Founder & CEO
It's Not That Your Other Work Didn't Help.
It's That It Only Covered Part of It.
Most approaches to this problem are built for either preparation or recovery. And they work — exactly where they're designed to work.
Preparation tools Breathwork, meditation, journaling, mindfulness. These build your capacity over time. They regulate your nervous system before the pressure arrives.
(In Chinese medicine, this is nourishing Yin — building the reservoir that feeds your ability to respond.) They're valuable. And they don't travel into the moment with you.
Recovery tools Therapy, coaching, reflection, leadership development. These help you understand what happened after the fact. They build self-awareness and strategy. (This is processing Shen disturbance after it has already fired.) They're essential. And they arrive too late for the moment that already cost you.
And then there's the moment itself.
The board room. The conversation that shifts. The person who knows exactly how to get under your skin. That moment doesn't wait for your breathwork. It doesn't pause while you access your strategy.
You can't close your eyes and box breathe in the middle of a presentation. (And if you could, the room would already know something went wrong.)
What you need is something that works inside the moment — not before it, not after it. Something that uses the sensation of discomfort itself as the access point rather than the signal to manage or suppress.
(In Chinese medicine, the Qi moving as frustration, tension, or constriction isn't the problem — it's unregulated movement. The body already knows how to redirect it. This work trains that redirection to happen in real time, moment to moment.)
This is where your power actually lives. Not in the preparation. Not in the recovery. In the moment itself — as it's happening.
The Wisdom Within Method™ is the only approach built to work across all three:
Before — you build the body intelligence that makes regulation your baseline, not your goal.
During — you use the felt sensation of pressure, discomfort, or activation as the signal to redirect rather than react. Moment to moment. Without leaving the room.
After — you have a practice for processing what happened, integrating what shifted, and building the evidence of your own change over time.
Every other approach covers one. This covers all three.
“When I said the word ‘advocacy’ out loud I felt happy, gifted, purposeful — energized. I created that body in the room and I didn’t realize I’d been keeping it out of the rest of my life. I came in trying to figure out my next chapter analytically. I’m leaving with a different way of showing up to it.”
WISDOM UNDER PRESSURE
The 12-Week Program
Over-Performing Women Who Are Done Reacting and Ready to Respond with Intention.
This is not another coaching program that tells you what to do.
You already know what to do.
This is the program that finally changes how you observe and then interpret what happens in your body in the moment it matters most — so that what you know and what you do are finally the same thing.
Wisdom Under Pressure is built on one clinical truth:
The gap between knowing and doing isn't a knowledge problem.
It isn't a motivation problem. It isn't even a mindset problem.
It's a body lack of awareness problem.
And the body responds to one thing: practice that meets it where it lives.
(In Chinese medicine, lasting change doesn't happen at the level of thought — it happens when the body's own regulatory intelligence, Yin, is trained to lead. Not overridden. Not managed. Led.)
Most leadership development asks you to think your way into a new response.
This program restores trust in your body, enabling a new response.
The Wisdom Within Method™ — a proprietary framework integrating The Humaning Well Method™, Chinese medicine, and Zhineng Qigong — Wisdom Under Pressure works across all three phases of the pattern: Before. During. After.
Not as three separate tools you have to remember to reach for. As one embodied practice that becomes part of how you move through the world.
What changes:
◆ You stop walking out of hard conversations replaying what you said.
◆ You stop bracing for the moments you know are coming.
◆ You stop spending energy managing yourself and start trusting yourself.
(In Chinese medicine, this is Shen settled — the spirit clear, present, and directing. Not because the pressure is gone. Because your body knows how to meet it.)
You bring your full intelligence into every room you walk into. Boardroom. Bedroom. Front door. Not because you prepared perfectly.Because you didn’t leave your senses at the door.
This program is for you if:
◆ You're a high-performing woman leader who has done the typical or common work — and feels something is still missing
◆ You recognize yourself in the moment of reaction more than you'd like to
◆ You're done with approaches that only work in your professional life or only in your personal life. You’re looking for a bridge between the two - wherever there is real pressure or breakdown
◆ You're ready to stop managing the pattern and start changing it — at the level it actually lives
This program is not for you if:
◆ You're looking for strategies and frameworks to apply cognitively
◆ You're not willing to bring your body into the work
◆ You want results without practice between sessions
◆ You’re looking for a 1:1 program. I have one here.(coming soon)
The Wisdom Within Method™
A 5-Phase Process That Changes What Happens In Your Body — Not Just Your Mind
Most programs give you insight. This one also offers a renewed way to use your physical responses.
The Wisdom Within Method™ is a sequential practice living inside a spiral — meaning each phase builds on the last. Every week you bring real situations from your actual life, track what shifts in your body, and build the evidence of your own change in real time.
By the end of 12 weeks, the practice isn't something you do. It's something you are.
Phase 1: The Clarity Declaration
Before the program begins
Before your first group session, you have a private call with Mary.
This isn't an onboarding call. It's a declaration.
You name the specific pattern or reaction you're showing up to change — with precision, not generality. Not "I want to be less reactive." An exact moment. The exact sensation. The exact cost.
(In Chinese medicine, we begin by locating where the Qi is stuck — not as a concept, but as a felt experience in the body. You can't change what you haven't precisely located.)
By the time the cohort begins, you're already grounded, already connected, and already clear on what you're here to do.
Phase 2: Waking Up To The Body
Weeks 1 — 3
You cannot change a pattern you can't feel yet.
In this phase, you learn to read your own physical signals in real time — the jaw, the throat, the chest, the gut — and begin to recognize what your body is already telling you before your mind catches up.
Through five foundational practices, you build the sensory vocabulary that makes everything else possible.
(This is the beginning of Yin awareness — learning to receive the body's signal before Yang fires the response. The senses are the access point. This is where the work begins.)
You also begin tracking. The reactive moments, physical signals, and observable shift — logged in your tracking journal. Not as homework. As the first body of evidence that something is already changing.
Phase 3: Noticing The Pattern
Weeks 4 — 7
Now you have data.
In this phase, you use what your body has been telling you to identify the deeper pattern beneath the reaction. Not just what triggers you — but the specific physical sequence that happens every time, in every version of that situation, across every context it appears in.
(In Chinese medicine, a pattern isn't random. It has a signature — a particular organ system, a particular elemental imbalance, a particular season where it intensifies. When you know your pattern at that level of precision, you stop being surprised by it.)
Every session in this phase includes a live group coaching segment — one participant brings a real situation, and the group works through it together. You will recognize yourself in someone else's story. That recognition is part of the medicine.
By the end of this phase, you're noticing the pattern faster. In smaller moments before the bigger ones.
Phase 4: Directing Toward What You Want
Weeks 8 — 10
This is where the work becomes power.
You've located the pattern. You've tracked it. You know its signature. Now you learn to take the felt sensation of frustration, tension, or activation — and redirect it. Not suppress it. Not manage it. Use it.
(In Chinese medicine, Qi is never wasted — it's redirected. The same energy that was moving as reaction becomes the force behind a clear, grounded, intentional response. Yang in service of Yin direction.)
You practice making clear requests. Discerning when to speak and when to let go. Communicating with precision in exactly the moments that used to derail you.
Phase 5: Making It Yours For Life
Weeks 11 — 12
The goal was never to finish a program. The goal was to begin to see patterns of what your body does under pressure — ongoingly.
In the final phase, you consolidate everything into the three orienting principles of the Wisdom Within Method™ and design the specific practices that are most alive for you into a rhythm you can actually maintain.
(This is embodiment in the Chinese medicine sense — the practice has moved from something you do into something your body knows. It is now part of your physical intelligence, not your to-do list.)
You leave with a practice that doesn't disappear when things get hard.Because it was built for exactly that.
“As far as our work together, I see it as a success and worthwhile. Ultimately, you provided me with just what I needed to spark me into changing the past few months. I needed a disrupter, a questioner, a challenger, a voice to say, “ Hey, have you thought of this?” A voice to say I see it a little differently than what you are saying or describing, someone to stop my current line of thought and being, and get me to realize things can change, and I can impact those changes. So for that, THANK YOU!”

WISDOM UNDER PRESSURE
The 12-Week Small Group Program
For the high-performing woman who knows the pattern, is done with it, and is ready to change it — in the company of women who understand exactly what she's navigating.
In 12 weeks you will move from walking out of hard moments replaying what you said, to trusting your body to respond the way you intend to — in real time, in any room, under any pressure.
(In Chinese medicine, 12 weeks is enough time to shift a pattern at the level of Qi — to interrupt the automatic sequence and replace it with something the body now knows how to do instead.)
What's included:
◆ 12 weekly small-group sessions — live, one hour each, cohort of up to 12 women So you practice in real conditions with real peers and track what changes across the full arc of the program.
◆ The Clarity Declaration — a private 1-hour call with Mary before the cohort begins So you arrive already grounded and clear on exactly what you're here to change.
◆ The Wisdom Within Method™ across five phases A complete sequential practice integrating somatic awareness, Chinese medicine, and behavioral coaching — so the transformation has a structure your body can follow and a practice that holds under real pressure.
◆ Two seasonal essential oils The first arrives in the mail before your opening session as a sensory anchor (applied to a specific acupuncture point, it signals your nervous system toward presence in 60 seconds); the second arrives at week six, chosen for the season your body is moving into — because your body doesn't transform on a Roman calendar.
◆ Tracking journal For logging body sensations, reactive moments, and observable shifts between sessions — so by week 12 you have your own written evidence of what changed, in your own words.
◆ WhatsApp community — 24/7 access for the duration of the program and beyond So you're never processing a hard moment alone between sessions.
◆ Live group coaching every session One participant brings a real situation, the group works it through together in real time — so you recognize your own pattern in someone else's story and watch the method work under actual conditions.
◆ Private 1:1 invitation upon completion A personal invitation to continue in a private container at a rate reserved exclusively for Wisdom Under Pressure graduates.

“I caught myself mid-autopilot for the first time and actually chose how my body responded instead of just letting the old programming run. That was a first for me.”
About Mary
After nearly two decades as a licensed clinical acupuncturist — working with professional women, organizational leaders, and founders — one pattern became impossible to ignore.
The women were not broken. They were not weak. They were not failing at leadership.
They were leading with half their intelligence.
The half that moves fast, produces results, and performs under pressure — Yang — was fully online. The energy that regulates, senses, and directs from the inside — Yin — had been systematically trained out of them. By culture. By career. By the accumulated cost of performing in systems that were never built for their physiology.
Mary built the Wisdom Within Method™ because no existing framework addressed what she was seeing clinically. Not coaching. Not therapy. Not leadership development. None of them included the body at the level the pattern actually lived.
So she built one that did.
What Mary brings to this work:
◆ Licensed acupuncturist — nearly two decades of clinical work with the body's own regulatory intelligence, pattern recognition, and the precise intersection of physiology and behavior
◆ Founder of the Wisdom Within Method™ — a proprietary somatic leadership methodology integrating Chinese medicine, Zhineng Qigong, and behavioral coaching, currently in trademark registration
◆ Partner, The Ripple Network
◆ Zhineng Qigong practitioner — nine years of practice, teaching, and study, trained in Europe and Asia, including an international two-year certification with Master Yuantong Liu in China
◆ MBA in Sustainable Business, Presidio Graduate School — a rare combination of clinical body-based practice (MAc. in Chinese medicine) and formal business training that allows her to meet senior professionals in their world without leaving hers
◆ Nearly two decades of 1:1 client work across professional women, organizational leaders, CEOs, founders, and physicians
◆ International speaker and workshop facilitator — teaches online and at Zhineng Qigong healing retreats across Europe and Asia
"I am a licensed acupuncturist with a business degree who has spent two decades watching brilliant women lead from depletion.
I built this work because I kept seeing the same thing: women who knew exactly what to do, who had done everything right, who were still being overridden by a body response they couldn't reach with their mind.
That gap is not a character flaw. It is a physiological one. And it has a solution — one that works in the moment, not just in reflection.”
FAQs
-
Because every approach you've tried before worked at the level of the mind — and the pattern doesn't live there.
Coaching, therapy, and leadership development are valuable. They help you understand yourself, name your triggers, and build strategies for the moments that derail you. And they work — until the pressure is high enough. Because when the stakes rise, the mind doesn't lead. The body does.
(In Chinese medicine, this is Shen disturbance — when the clarity and intentional response that govern your best thinking get overridden by unregulated Qi. You don't lose your mind. You lose access to it.)
The Wisdom Within Method™ works at the level where the pattern actually lives — in the body — and it works across all three phases of the pattern: before pressure arrives, inside the moment it's happening, and after it passes. No other approach covers all three.
-
Not at all.
You don't need to understand Chinese medicine to feel its results. Everything in this program is taught through your direct physical experience first — what you feel in your body, what you notice in real situations, what shifts in real time. The Chinese medicine framework is the architecture underneath, not a language you need to learn before you can begin.
(Think of it this way: you don't need to understand the physiology of digestion to know when a meal has nourished you. Your body already knows. This work simply gives that knowing a more precise vocabulary — one you can use under pressure.)
If you find yourself curious about the deeper framework as the program progresses — and most women do — it will be there waiting for you.
-
The cohort is capped at 12 women — small enough that you will know the people in the room and they will know you. Confidentiality is a foundational agreement of the group, not an afterthought.
You are never required to share more than you choose to. The live group coaching segment — where one participant brings a real situation and the group works through it together — is always voluntary. Many women find that watching someone else work through a situation teaches them as much about their own pattern as bringing their own.
What most women don't expect is how much safety they feel in a room of women who are navigating the same gap. That relational layer is part of what makes the transformation hold — you are not doing this alone, and you are not the only one.
If privacy is non-negotiable for you at every level, the Immersive is the right container.
-
The practices between sessions are not homework — they are the work. The session opens the door. What happens in your body between sessions is where the pattern actually changes.
That said, this is designed for women with full lives and full schedules. The practices are integrated into what you are already doing — not added on top of it. You are not being asked to find an extra hour. You are being asked to bring a different quality of attention to the moments you are already living.
(In Chinese medicine, this is called cultivation — not adding more, but becoming more present to what is already moving. That is always available. It requires no extra time. Only willingness.)
The tracking journal takes five to ten minutes between sessions. The practices themselves are woven into your day. The WhatsApp community is there when you need it — not another obligation.
Most women find that the program doesn't add to their load. It changes how they carry it.
You Already Know.
You've been in enough rooms to know when something is real and when something is designed to sound real.
This is real.
The pattern you've been managing — the one that shows up in the moments that matter most — is not who you are. It is what your body learned to do under conditions that didn't include your full intelligence.
You are not too much. You are not too reactive. You are not broken.
You’re a woman has been waiting for permission to lead from alignment..
(In Chinese medicine, the body already knows how to regulate, direct, and respond with precision. You are designed for exactly this. What this work does is remove what's been covering it — and activate what's underneath to move forward instead.)
This is the work. This is the moment. And you know if you're ready.
