Her work integrates acupuncture, ZQ, and leadership consulting through her Wisdom Within Method, which treats symptoms, stress, and life challenges as meaningful sources of information rather than only problems to eliminate. She teaches Zhineng Qigong online weekly since 2019. She believes consistency in a joyful practice matters more than intensity.
