Coming to Your Senses
Spring! In the northern hemisphere, it’s an amazing rebalancing the earth goes through.
Spring energy is so potent. Imagine a seed deep in the ground, in the darkness, in a compressed space and with no help from the sun, in order to reach its fullest potential, it must draw on its own resources, its own energy to break through to the compacted surroundings up to the earth’s surface.
It must find fortitude to do it—or die.
(Psst, this is why wintering well is so essential to your wellbeing and you being restored enough to spring…)
And when the seed clears the soil’s surface—into the openness toward the largest source of yang energy, the sun—then growth doesn’t start there.
The sun isn’t the beginning, it’s support.
Ongoing transformation requires both internal fortitude and external nourishment.
Whew. That’s a lot of energy.
Humans go through this type of energy conversion, too.
But unlike the seed, we often try to rise without resting. Without deep rootedness.
Without learning from what came before.
We override symptoms, push through pain, medicate discomfort, and pathologize the very clues that could set us free.
I can’t help thinking about the enormous amount of stress, disease, and chronic issues that so many live with—wherever you are on your healing path—how much wisdom is being missed?
What could be converted into agency, clarity, peace?
What if your symptoms aren’t a sign something’s wrong—but a call to reconnect with what’s right?
In 15 years of clinical practice, seven years of studying and teaching qigong, and now in guiding powerful transformational conversations, there’s no exception to this: the symptoms you have—labeled by Western medicine—are missed opportunities for agency.
⚡ You’re not broken.
⚡ You’re communicating.
⚡ There’s wisdom in the pressure.
Let’s be real: what’s happening might be inconvenient.
But that doesn’t make it meaningless.
Even something like high blood pressure… if your body is tired, and you don’t have the energy to rise, but life demands you rise anyway—your system creates pressure.
That pressure might look like tension, irritability, breathlessness, fatigue, sleeplessness, or withdrawal.
That’s not failure.
That’s your system trying to right itself.
And when you start to listen—not to the diagnosis, but to the sensation—you begin to reclaim your power.
🌿 This Is Not a Coaching Program
This is not about figuring out your feelings or fixing your flaws.
This is not about bypassing the body to get to a goal.
This is a practice of metabolizing what’s hard and making meaning from what’s real.
Of staying with the fire, the flood, the fatigue long enough to hear what it’s saying.
And knowing what to do with that information. With the inflammation.
You don’t need a new protocol.
You need a new relationship with yourself, and connections to others rooted in well-being.
🔥 Rooted & Rising: A 10-Month In-Person Immersion
This program is for women who feel the urgency of these times and want to lead differently.
Whether you’re facing a chronic health condition, an identity shift, or simply the sense that how you’ve been living isn’t sustainable—this is your invitation.
Each month on a Sunday, we’ll meet for a 3-hour in-person circle to practice, reflect, move, receive healing, and talk honestly about what’s emerging for you. Through the lenses of Celtic seasonal archetypes, Chinese elemental medicine, and my Wisdom Within Method, you’ll begin to see your symptoms not as blocks—but as blueprints.
This is not about managing your time better.
This is about honoring the time you have.
✨ You don’t have all the time in the world.
✨ You have about 4000 weeks, if you’re lucky.
✨ You have this season. This body. This chance. Right now.
👣 What You’ll Experience:
A 3-hour in-person monthly circle (May–Feb) centered
Zhineng Qigong, acupuncture, Hunyuan Qi healing,
Ritual to practice.
Optional weekly drop-in office hours for questions, integration and connection
Tools to notice, shift, and use your symptoms as guides

This is for the woman who:
Has a Western medical diagnosis—but knows there’s more to her healing than what the lab work says
Is done trying to go it alone
Is tired of ignoring her body’s signals
Wants to lead her family, business, or life with grounded power and calm presence
Feels called to return to a more natural, integrated way of being
✨ This Is Sacred and Practical Work.
You'll laugh.
You'll rest.
You’ll move.
You’ll move and be still.
You’ll open your senses
You’ll be seen and heard.
And you’ll leave with skills you can use immediately.
We begin May 2025.
You, me, we don’t have the luxury of being what Seneca called spendthrifts of time.
If this speaks to you, now is the time.
