This is an intimate, powerful container (limited to 9 women 🌙) for those who are ready to stop pathologizing stress and instead use it as a portal to presence, clarity, and power.
For women who'd like to see their ongoing stress or chronic dis-ease patterns in a new light and take action in your healing that’s based on Mother’s wisdom, the art and science of Chinese medicine blended with Celtic guidance so we flourish together.
We’ll meet monthly for transformational conversations, sensory nature walks, guided healing practices, and rituals rooted in the Wisdom Within Method, drawing from Chinese Five Element and Celtic seasonal wisdom. You’ll explore your own symptoms as signals, not problems, and walk away each month with insight, embodiment, and ready to take action or redirect your current focus.

🌀 You’ll move between group ritual and personal reflection.
🌀 You’ll learn to work with your stress symptoms, not override them.
🌀 You’ll discover your voice, your pace, and your deepest truth—then apply it in your relationships, business, and leadership.
🌀 You’ll have a powerful daily practices that disrupts old patterns and gives you real-time data about what your symptoms are teaching you.
🌀 You’ll start to see that your symptoms aren’t random. With context and new perspectives, you’ll practice designing + paying attention, and why that matters.
What’s Included Each Month:
A 3-hour in-person session with group conversation, outdoor sensory experiences, learning an embodied practice (Zhineng Qigong), healing ritual (i.e. meditation/acupuncture session), and seasonal guidance.
Access to weekly office hour for ongoing support and questions
Connection and flourish with a small group of curious, kind women ready to shift how they lead, heal, and live.
