Wintering Well: The Mountain Journey of Rest and Renewal

I used to live in Utah. I climbed many of the peaks along the Wasatch front. I never knew what to expect. Snow pack was evident into the summer. And, snow often came in the very early autumn. At those altitudes, I came to the mountain prepared out of respect for my safety, of my fellow travelers, and to the elements - nature herself.

Setting out into unknown territory can be thrilling and challenging. I often ascended up trails that friends had traversed before so I could prepare as best as I could. It made the journey more collaborative and deeper connections were formed together and with our surroundings.

Imagine the journey to reclaiming your vitality as a climb up a mountain—a path requiring preparation, guidance, and integration.

The 30 Days of Wintering Well is your mountain climb, with every step designed to help you rediscover balance, potency, and clarity, so you can meet life's challenges with a compass calibrated by your own internal wisdom.

But before you even set foot on the mountain, preparation is essential. Through three private, 75-minute sessions in December and early January, you’ll gather the tools and energy with me needed to begin this climb. Working on your own restoration is a priority. Whether it's through coaching, acupuncture, or energy work, this initial phase helps you lighten your load by shedding burdens and honing your focus. It’s like packing your backpack with the essentials—leaving behind what weighs you down and taking only what serves you.

The Summit: Time In and Time Out

Mid-January, you’ll reach the summit: a three-night retreat with ten other wonderful, professional women. This retreat is a sanctuary—a space to rest deeply, nourish yourself, and connect with others who share your journey. It's the pinnacle of your climb, offering a powerful blend of solitude and collaboration. Here, the work shifts from preparing to embodying, as you anchor into your newfound peace and potency.

The Descent: Integrating Wisdom into Everyday Life

Reaching the summit is only part of the journey. Coming down the mountain—navigating the slopes of daily life with your recalibrated self—requires support, too. With additional private sessions with me post-retreat, you’ll integrate what you’ve embodied, ensuring your renewed vitality and inner compass guide you through spring (beginning of spring in the lunar calendar it’s 1/29/25) and beyond. This phase is about taking your growth and directing it with intention, rather than being swept away by external demands.

Wintering Well program isn’t just about rest—it’s about purposeful restoration. With this journey, you’ll move from burnout to brilliance, reclaiming your energy to face the seasons ahead with clarity and strength.
