Online Coaching Workshop

The pervasive presence of stress in the workplace detrimentally affects humans inside all organizational cultures. This includes family, work, and other communities.

Specifically, stress costs U.S. businesses over $300 billion annually, highlighting the significant impact of stress on both organizations and individuals.

Stress symptoms differ wildly in bodies.

Emotional reactivity left unaddressed creates all kinds of symptoms from headaches to chronic pain.

Professional (and personal) cultures also absorb this pain.

Tension, decreased employee well-being, diminished productivity, increased absenteeism, higher turnover rates, and elevated healthcare costs.

Left unaddressed, stress can erode morale, hinder innovation and creativity, and compromise the overall effectiveness and success of the organization.

This type of environment becomes an unpleasant place to be.

And, it doesn’t have to be this way.

Many individuals and organizations have adopted wellness practices and introduced programs to help reduce stress.

Yet today’s statistics tell us that these aren’t making a significant reduction in the root cause of overall stress.

They are often used as band aids.

What if there was a way to address stress at its root?

Imagine your organization as a tree struggling with a disease that's causing its leaves to wither and fall off.

Implementing wellness practices and stress reduction programs is akin to solely trimming the branches.

While these efforts may temporarily help, they do little to address the underlying disease.

There is a way to get symptom relief and address the issue at its core.

Stress symptoms are actually a wonderful human design, a type of feedback loop that’s quite useful, if you know what skill to use to turn the stress to come back into wellbeing.

To create healthy and thriving humans and organizations, we must dig deep, get to the root of the problem, and implement holistic solutions that promote lasting well-being and resilience.

Skills that supercharge all the other practices that individuals and organizations are already participating in!

It’s urgent that we create human centered, life-affirming organizations where people are nourished and excited to participate in delivering the vision and mission of their organization!

This is an introductory class and conversation to begin to identify stress cues.

Then, apply simple and effective in-the-moment skills to decrease stress and create genuine calm and presence.

You will learn how to use your emotional reactivity as wisdom and wise guides.

This will lay the foundation to empower you to handle stress effectively, reducing its negative impact.

You'll also have the added benefit of learning from others about how to transform sticky situations into ones of ease.

In this class, you’ll learn from a set of skills on how to…

  • identify YOUR unique stress symptoms.

  • begin to practice observing your reactions, and learn to discern what you can take effective action on or completely let go of what you can't influence.

  • learn from others the gift of upset and so-called setbacks. You’ll extract valuable lessons and stories.

  • interpret stress symptoms as wise guides, create more space between action and reaction, minimizing their impact on your wellbeing and the others around you.

  • create intentional calm and ease.

  • practice the skills for immediate effect.

  • Have these tools to practice forever.

Other Benefits Include

  • Clarity for more effective decision making

  • Feel lighter because you’ll have the option to let things go or take effective action

  • The immediate experience of intentionally designing how to show up in any situation

  • Increased awareness that you do have agency

  • Increased energy

  • More presence

  • A body you can trust (individual and organizational)

Who is This For?

  • Leaders of businesses or teams who regularly use stress reducing, mind and body practices, for example weekly meditation, yoga, qigong, breath work, cognitive therapy) but are looking for skills or practices to bust up stress in the moment (for when you can’t pull out your yoga mat in the middle of a meeting).

  • Leaders who are designing human-centered organizations because this is what the world needs.

  • Businesses who are committed to designing an internal culture of wellbeing.

  • Business owners, leaders, who care about the humans that work for them and the quality of their internal culture.

  • Also perfect for leaders with current health challenges, i.e., depression, anxiety, headaches, colds, flus, insomnia.

*Please note: Illness is part of life. I’m asking you to be curious about what the illness is pointing to.

  • Humans looking for reducing conflict and resolving issues.

  • Business owners that are tired, exhausted and ‘sick a lot’.

  • Leaders of highly stressed organizational cultures, particularly if you work inside a care-centric, values-led human/animal/eco organization.

  • Humans inside organizations who don’t like/love their culture and want to!

Our Time Together

We’ll spend a few minutes with introductions and then I’ll introduce meditation and/or movement to bring more presence into the space.

Next, we’ll get right to work with a conversation for curiosity about an area of life that’s feeling ‘sticky’.

You’ll share as much or as little as you’d like, but please come with something you can apply the handful tools you’ll learn, even if you choose not to share it with the group.

Learning a set of skills doesn’t take time.

It takes presence.

You’ll learn immediately effective practices to use again and again.

Investment - Only $297

This is two hour teaching & coaching workshop to have a breakthrough in an area of life that’s creating a lot of stress and tension.

You’ll get movement on an issue or challenge, one that’s taking up a lot of headspace, or that you’ve normalized and are ‘fine’ with (but you’re not really fine with it).

This is a small group setting, maximum 8 people, for personalized support and interaction.

And, they’ll be a special opportunity to continue and deepen the practices through my 6 or 12 month program.

It’s time to uncover your stress at its source.

The health of my organization will depend on the speed of me dropping into presence.
