Leading from a Bambini Heart might sound naive.

Leading from the Heart takes courage and warrior type training.
It’s often misunderstood as softness or vulnerability—especially when people fear being taken advantage of.
I offer this perspective. In Chinese medicine, the Heart [organ and meridian] is considered the Empress and one of her responsibilities is to help us define our humanity.

When you create calm, the Empress is calm and the other organ systems in the kingdom do their job seamlessly, including the over-thinking mind.
The mind becomes calm because it's following the Heart's lead.
This is way of being trusts that we are guided and deeply connected to the infinite, to the earth beneath us, and to the vastness of the big, blue sky.
...because you are ALL of that.
it's a radical act to be joyful, leading, living and loving from a Bambini Heart.
I didn't fully get that until my Zhineng Qigong retreat in Italy.
And it was rough going re-entering the US.
