Women in their 40s‑60s often hear the word menopause framed as an illness - fatigue, insomnia, mood swings, bone loss. While all or some of these experiences do occur, in Chinese Medicine that same life stage is called the Second Spring. It’s also a very natural, empowering transition that opens a window of new opportunity and renewed vitality for women.
This is our Dragon stage.
In this four‑week, women‑only workshop you will:

Optional Deep‑Dive: Our Mother’s Leadership (OML) Circle
You can continue the journey with a monthly 3‑hour conversation and movement circle (Oct 19, Nov 22, Dec 21, Feb 1).
Focus: Sensory honing exercises, conversation, qigong, acupuncture/hun yuan qi therapy.
Goal: Deepen leadership, seasonal integration, and embodied practice. For strength and grounding in unsettled times.
Price: $157 / seat (It’s a one‑time upgrade – add it at checkout).

A: No. Movements are gentle, beginner‑friendly, and adapted for all levels.
Q: What if I can’t attend a session?
A: No make-up classes. If possible please notify me prior to class if you can’t make a session.

A: It’s Chinese medical educational and wellness‑focused.
Q: Can I join the OML circle without attending the 4‑week workshop?
