There are many forms and studies of energy, from electrical to nuclear.
Zhineng Qigong (ZQ) is a science of how energy flows in natural systems.
Since 2018, I have been teaching, learning from and practicing with Master Yuantong Liu a high-level gong-fu ZQ master and teacher (40 years and counting) who’s teacher was Grandmaster Pang inside the Hua Xia Zhineng Qigong Center from 1992 to 2001 (the medicineless hospital).
I work 1:1 or in small groups with clients so that they can better hone and observe body sensations that lead to a relaxed and powerful presence. With that as a solid foundation, you bring full presence and ease to ALL your relationships (including personal).
My clients are finding much higher level results by decreasing their own stress with these practices.
Discomfort comes in many forms, most of them you normalize or dismiss as just part of the job of being human.
This is partly true…and what a waste! You will always have ways in which your body will let you know where you are teetering on and off life’s balance beam.
However, the ease and true power you’ll develop throughout this program, is intended to teach you how to use that discomfort as a power source. And like a skilled archer, you will learn to aim that discomfort at worthy work. You will learn to disrupt the systems and reactivity that prevent you (and others) from reaching your mission. Rather than stewing in your own upset that’s not only raising your own blood pressure, but everyone else’s, you’ll have access to change how you show up in the world!
Learn to quiet the mind that then relaxes your body in any circumstance! Find where you are “leaking energy”, learn to redirect, and then strategically aim it in the direction of better decision-making and smoother relationships.
Neck or shoulder tension, frustration, or disappointment all become valuable teachers.
It’s time to use your body symptoms to be the signals that create real change.

Inside this 8 week program, I teach you ZQ meditation and movements which are a series of gentle and profound meditative movements designed to:
relieve pain (mind and body)
increase vitality (bring qi/energy to organ systems of the whole body)
improve conditions related to common ailments such as all types of pain, including insomnia, depression, and stress.
The responses I received from clients in their practice is that they were not only personally feeling better, but they were also reporting that they were better able to notice their body sensations as a very wise feedback loop. They could better pinpoint their discomfort and use it to flag how they were interacting with people and environments. Their qigong practice honed and elevated this ability and was not a tool for pain remediation.

Zhineng Qigong became a practice of attuning their sensory perceptions and enjoyment, and not solely to get rid of symptoms.
And, it works very effectively to generate flow in the body so the body can release stress.
That is true power.
Zhineng Qigong is known for elevating your sense perception. What we often call intuition is actually a misnomer. We thoroughly redefine it through practicing presence, thereby increasing your observation capacity tenfold.
My goal is to help you cultivate the ability to use your body and your senses much more effectively. With practice, you’ll have a deeper understanding that you can’t keep your peace and ease to yourself. You also directly infiltrate your team with these ways of being. Ongoing office stress becomes a thing of the past because you will reflect and see what’s going on in your own body, and reorient back into a practice, often within minutes.
